Yukiko Watanabe is an experienced mortgage broker and Credit License holder with more than 22 years of experience in lending, finance, and customer service. As the founder and principal broker of Genesis Finance Solutions, she specialises in residential, investment, commercial, and business finance, helping clients navigate complex lending scenarios with confidence. Yukiko is known for her client-focused approach, strong lender relationships, and ability to deliver tailored finance solutions. Fluent in English, Japanese, and Chinese, she is committed to providing clear guidance and exceptional service throughout every stage of the lending process.

Oz Jung established his mortgage broking career in Queensland in 2018 and has since built an impressive track record as a dedicated Broker and General Manager within the financial services sector. Holding a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management alongside a Master of Social Work Studies from the University of Queensland, Oz uniquely bridges the gap between complex financial lending and client advocacy. His background in community welfare equips him with exceptional problem-solving skills, making him highly regarded for navigating intricate loan structures while delivering clear, practical, and deeply client-focused mortgage solutions.

Owen holds a Bachelor of International Business from Griffith University, majoring in Mandarin, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance. He has passed Level 1 of the CFA program and brings more than two decades of experience in wealth management and finance, including 15 years living and working in China. After rising to Chief Investment Officer of a multinational wealth management firm in Shanghai, overseeing US$400 million in portfolios, he founded his own expat wealth management business in 2011. Since returning to Australia in 2017, Owen has worked in finance and mortgage broking while remaining active in business and leadership.
